FAQ

How can I get my song produced?

You only need to send us a basic demo of your song or composition and a reference to how you want it to sound. The sound quality of the demo is not important, so singing or playing the melody, either solo or with a guitar or keyboard, would be sufficient. We can help with production ideas or composition work if your material is unfinished or needs further development.

How much does it cost to get a song produced?

Full Song Production - £250
A professionally arranged and recorded song, complete with a high-quality vocal performance.

Custom Backing Track - £160
A professionally arranged and recorded backing track, ready for you to add your own vocals or for use as an instrumental.

Please see our 'Services' section for full details.

What happens once I've sent my song or composition to you?

Once you decide to proceed with the arrangement and recording, we'll send you a PayPal invoice for the 50% non-refundable deposit. We'll then begin work on the full arrangement and recording. You'll be kept updated on the progress of your track.

When the track is complete, we'll send you a link to listen to the finished version for your approval. Following any requested changes, and only when you are fully satisfied with the track, you will be sent the final payment invoice and the master files.

What will the track consist of?

A typical track will feature a full instrumental arrangement, including guitars, keyboards, bass, drums, and percussion. Orchestral elements such as strings, brass, and woodwinds may also be incorporated as needed. Each individual instrument will have its own custom-written arrangement as part of the complete production.

Do I have to know much about music to get my songs recorded?

No. We will handle all the technical aspects of arranging and recording the track. If desired, your involvement can be kept to a minimum, as all we would need from you is a very basic demo of your song.

I have some ideas about how I want my track to sound, will these be taken on board?

Yes. We are entirely flexible in our approach and will gladly incorporate your ideas into the production. Additionally, we can incorporate your own recordings into the finished track or add instruments to your own incomplete production.

I'm not much of a singer, can you record the vocals for me?

Yes. We can provide you with the opportunity to hear and select from a range of professional session singers. Additionally, we can create custom-written vocal harmony parts for an additional fee.

What if I'm not happy with my track?

First, we will work to identify and address any aspects you are not satisfied with. If you're still unhappy after these revisions, you are free to walk away with nothing more to pay.

I've tried recording at home but I'm not satisfied with the results, can you help?

Yes. We are flexible in our approach and can either use your existing arrangements as the foundation for new recordings, or employ your tracks as a starting point for a fresh arrangement and recording. Additionally, we can incorporate any of your existing tracks into the new recording.

What about copyright?

Once we have received your final payment, you will own the copyright to the recording outright and are free to use it as you wish.
